Shout out to Adam Witt. There wasn't a lot he could do, but everything he did means so much to me. His kindness and positivity helped more than anything.
PD Pros are awesome. So glad that I was recommended to them. They care and have gone the extra mile…The make your case personal to them.
3.5 months after the accident, we finally received compensation for my totalled car, caused by an unlicensed driver making a left hand turn. Terribly long process perhaps mainly due to slow and contending insurance companies! PDP did successfully push to get us a higher compensation amount than the initial amount stated by insurance co. A very slow process overall! Communication throughout could be better.
The team at Property Damage Professionals are amazing. They handled everything for me and did an outstanding job of communicating throughout the whole process. They fought for me when there was pushback and made sure I received everything I was entitled to. It was comforting to know that I didn’t have to worry about property recovery when I had lots to process and manage after a tragic accident.
