Highly recommend Property Craft. I had a huge mess from my 50 gal hot water tank cracking and leaking water. Cost was a huge concern for me, but when I called, Kim assured me their inspections are always free. Robert was able to fit me into his busy schedule. He came over and covered his shoes as to not track the mud and snow into my house. He inspected the water heater closet in the garage and found the drywall to be wet up about 6”.
