After experiencing a fire at one of our rental properties, we called Danae Stratton at Property Craft and she had her team Brad and Don there within the hour and Josh (the Owner himself) was on the phone with me during the entire walkthrough, explaining in detail what the process was going to look like for us. Property Craft was amazing to work with! They made a stressful water leak in my basement at least stressful as possible. I was very happy with their service from beginning to end. They were very responsive and made sure to keep me updated through the entire process! As much as I hope I never need them again, if I do, they will definitely have my business for life.
