Joshua Sparks of Property Craft came out to my house after my washer developed a leak and water intruded into my basement and into a room neighboring the laundry room. He was polite, more than punctual (arrived early), and gave his honest assessment about what remediation would be required. In this case, the amount of water was minor enough that we were instructed just to run box fans for a few days to circulate air where moisture was still lingering. Service was prompt and I was glad to have them out.
Property Craft are the most reputable, honest, hardworking, respectable company I've done business with in Pueblo. When I was in desperate need after a major water leak on a Friday afternoon, they showed up promptly and really went the extra mile for my family and I.
