First experience with these guys today and it was THE worst real estate experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, terrible with communicating inspection times between viewers AND the current tenants. We show up at the property and the tenants had no idea that the agency had set up an inspection for today. They clearly received no notice or even a phone call to double check whether an email was sent through about the inspection. I would NOT recommend this agency. The property management team is extremely difficult to communicate with and displayed a concerning lack of professionalism.
I had a fantastic experience with Janette as my property manager. She was always professional, responsive, and kind throughout my tenancy. The entire process—from moving in to handing back the property—was smooth and stress-free thanks to her support and clear communication. Highly recommend the Property Collective team!
