Viewings were conducted in a professional manner by a friendly and helpful agent, however staff over the phone were rude and irritable, to the point of shouting down the line, in response to being politely asked a question re an application. A poor reflection on an otherwise pleasant team
I would NOT recommend this agency. The property management team is extremely difficult to communicate with and displayed a concerning lack of professionalism. Edit: I am updating this review because the agency’s response is completely inaccurate and misleading to prospective tenants/landlords.
