They are not professional at all. Both air-conditioners in the apartment have not been working for the past 20 days. I have been following up with Matthew and Rebecca (Property Manager and Owner) on a daily basis; however, I have not received any response to my emails, nor are my calls being answered. The current situation is causing significant discomfort and distress, particularly at night, and it is beginning to affect my mental well-being.

If you're a landlord, tenant or tradie, please read this carefully. In July 2025, Property Collective issued a written work order and accepted my written quote for cleaning services. The work was completed as agreed. Payment was not made. Director Rebecca Ormesher advised that payment would not proceed on the basis that the cleaning was “not up to standard.” I strongly disagreed with that assessment. First experience with these guys today and it was THE worst real estate experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, terrible with communicating inspection times between viewers AND the current tenants. We show up at the property and the tenants had no idea that the agency had set up an inspection for today. They clearly received no notice or even a phone call to double check whether an email was sent through about the inspection.
