Worst real estate, they don't fix things and leave broken wide windows open then take your bond money and then lie and say they dont have it a and also try to charge you for an invoice the landlord is responsible for repairing for and try to claim $3000 in arrears that are not existence even trying to lie to the tribunal stating they didn't receive the bond money disgusting agent and behaviour

One of the worst agencies i have ever dealt with. Communication is poor , issues takes long to resolve and any emails takes days and weeks to reply one year of issues we had them and only started to get rent receipts in the last months of us moving out . One star is too much as a rating. all the positive ratings would be an inside job .
I am pleased with the services from the agents specially Zakir & Kabir - both of them are very professional and they are looking after two of my properties. Wishing them all the best for 2024.
