We are new to Reno and needed a RV pad built and a fence converted to a gate. Heard about Ben's company from the prior owners who raved about the landscape project he did for them. His crew came in and incorporated the RV pad using pavers to match the existing landscape design, reconfigured the irrigation and insured proper drainage. We loved the existing fence so he rebuilt it into a gate. What a result. Absolutely fantastic. His crew was professional and courteous and beyond competent. The fee was more than reasonable. We wanted to add a water feature to our backyard. Ben from Grand Design came to give us a quote. He was able to take our ideas and add elements to the design to make it prettier and more functional. We are absolutely delighted with the results. The team at Grand Design is easy to work with. We would choose them again.

We spent a LOT of money going with Grand Design Landscaping. I told myself it would be fine cause you get what you pay for. Ben redid our driveway and built us a drain. He promised me 4-5x the drain would move enough water that it wouldn’t go over the road. You can see from the pictures below, that wasn’t the case. Ben also didn’t put a liner in the drainage ditch as promised cause “you have clay soils”. What a waste of money time and effort. I wish I had used someone else.

We hired Grand Design landscape to redo our front yard. Ben was great to work with, he came in with a very consultative approach and was very knowledgeable about plants that would do well and match the aesthetic. Ben and his team were professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Grand Design to anyone looking for landscaping. We already have plans to use them again for future projects.

We had an excellent experience with Grand Design Landscape. Ben and his team were professional, reliable, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely happy with how the project turned out. We were so impressed that we have already asked them to come back for another project. We highly recommend Ben and Grand Design Landscape!
