I was very disappointed with Property Boss. My home was vacant for 3 months with no possible tenant. I'm an out of state landlord and had to come to Gary to check on my home just to find that all my window blinds were missing and the floors were filthy. They moved a tenant in my home without my knowledge or a lease. They claimed they put an insurance claim on my roof due to the storm early this year with no paperwork to prove this. Down-to-earth team that manages rental properties efficiently, nice that they can handle a lot of handyman and maintenance tasks directly. Definitely recommended if you are needing a good PM in the area.

Property Boss is just the - THE BOSS. I appreciate their no nonsense, 'do it, do it right, do it right now' approach. And the fact that they answer their phones versus a phone tree or outsourcing. Thank you PB for years of dignity and respect for all but especially the tenants.
