I have worked with Property Boss from purchasing an investment home to having them manage it from start to finish. They have been an awesome partner in this venture. They are the most responsive company when it comes to communicating with you that I have worked with in many years.

I was very disappointed with Property Boss. My home was vacant for 3 months with no possible tenant. I'm an out of state landlord and had to come to Gary to check on my home just to find that all my window blinds were missing and the floors were filthy. They moved a tenant in my home without my knowledge or a lease. They claimed they put an insurance claim on my roof due to the storm early this year with no paperwork to prove this. Down-to-earth team that manages rental properties efficiently, nice that they can handle a lot of handyman and maintenance tasks directly. Definitely recommended if you are needing a good PM in the area.
