Applied for a house and these folks never got in contact with me. A whole month later they reach out and charge me $40 for a house that’s already rented out!!!

Can never speak with property manager I’ve been without running water for 3 days straight which violates indiana law unprofessional maintenance manager Jennifer very rude and inconsiderate inhuman the water was cut off do to a issue on there end the water company cut it back on this morning at 9:14 am aware of yhe situation it’s pass noon and they still have not sent any one out to shut the water back on
Staff is so incredibly rude and look at the hostile responses they leave on reviews. They seem like very temperamental people. This is coming from someone who was about to inquire but after asking around and reading these reviews Im so not interested. I'm so confused on the response. I have no idea what they're talking about lol you got the wrong one this review is solely based on the lack of professionalism I see on this page
I recently bought a property that was managed through property boss. I contacted them to get maintenence records, mostly so I can get a history on the generator that's on my property and I was considering having them manage my property if i decided to rent it out again. Before I could get the issues out that I was inquiring about the man on the phone freaked out and got hostile and paranoid with me.
