I have been extremely disappointed with the way ongoing maintenance and health concerns at this property have been handled. Since moving into my apartment, I have submitted multiple complaints and work orders regarding serious issues, including mold, water damage, and damaged cabinets. The apartment already had water damage when I moved in, including damaged baseboards from the previous tenant, and those repairs were never completed. I just have to leave a quick shout out to Property Boss!! I just recently started renting with them & any time I have had something that needs to be fixed/looked at, they literally waste no time to come & take care of it for me! every single tech that has been here has been SO respectful. As a single mom, that weighs more than gold!
