This is the worst rental company ever do NOT rent from them. The don't fix any maintenance issues and their attitudes are horrible and rude. Dont waste your time i regret signing a yr lease.
Truly the most unprofessional and uncaring company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When they automatically assume that you're lying about your medical condition, and refuse to expedite repairs on your air conditioning unit because "Everyone says they have asthma," that right there tells me that this company is not in the business of providing for people. Awful company! Please avoid renting from this company if at all possible. They do not make timely repairs and do not treat their tenants with respect. They filed a complaint to take me to court after telling me over the phone that they would accept my rent when I got back from a trip out of town. When I tried to talk to them about the misunderstanding, they refused to have a conversation and I ended up paying 600$ in unnecessary court costs.
