Highly unprofessional, lacking a moral compass or any sense of fairness in communicating with people inquiring about a property and therefore possibly not getting the best deal for their client. Complete disregard for their stated contact protocols, or an unwillingness to contact or respond to inquiries. Perhaps more concerning is a feeling of discrimination in this process is my experience.
