Properties Preferred – SO unprofessional! I don't know about the entire company but the agent I dealt with was the most unprofessional and ignorant person I have come across in a business setting. Face to face was fine but the communication, through e-mails, was derogatory, rude and disgusting. After letting this horrid man know that I was going to report his behavior he threatened to sue me! If you don't wanted to be treated badly take your business elsewhere.
DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS...BAD BUSINESS! – If I had the option to give this business zero stars, believe me, I WOULD. This business employs a man named Todd Cox whom you don't want to deal with. He appears to be a nice guy but he couldn't care less about his customers. After being shown a place that I absolutely adored, I told him I wasn't just interested, I said "I want it, what do I have to do to make sure I get it?".
