We used Connie recently for the sell of our house. I knew immediately when we met her that it would be a great fit. Connie is super sweet, very organized and very knowledgeable in this space. Connie was very easy to work with and she was excellent with the communication. We were always aware of what was going on throughout the process. Just spent an incredibly informative and productive few days with Connie Engel looking at rental properties in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and surrounding areas. Not only did she find us the perfect place, but she was also such a pleasure to spend time with and helped us learn so much about Chicago and its neighborhoods, including introducing us to some great restaurants and sharing lots of local color. She organized everything for us quickly, efficiently, and with not much notice. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We used Connie to help my Mother-in-Law relocate to a Downtown condominium. She was very knowledgeable and informative, she pointed out issues related to the purchase that I had not thought of. She was well aware of the Chicago market and issues in each area we looked at. She communicated the status well and was very helpful through the entire closing process.

I needed to sell my father's condo in CHI quickly and Connie made that happen. I thought it would be a challenge since I live in another state, but it was not difficult at all. The entire process was smooth. No hic-ups. Connie is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone.
