Extremely difficult to deal with. She made every part of the tenancy unnecessarily stressful. During routine inspections, she would focus on minor issues like dust on the ceiling fan and compile long lists of trivial complaints. When I tried to question or discuss these, it often turned into drawn-out arguments.
