For a community that claims to welcome military members, I shudder to think someone would move their family here. The building materials and appliances are cheap and left to deteriorate. We had 2 living room sewage floods in 8 months. Maintenance blamed the plumbing throughout the whole neighborhood and reluctantly replaced our carpet after a week’s worth of investigation. Our assignment at Wright Patterson AFB has been great thanks to The Properties at Wright Field. The Leasing Team went above and beyond in accommodating us in a 4-bedroom home, right after a tornado reduced the inventory of homes on housing and in the surrounding areas.
