I was the Notary Public for Ms Jones. Proper Title Orland Park was ideal for us being located in south suburbs and Angela was the absolute best!
Literally the least accommodating title company I have ever used. As a real estate attorney I have closed 1000s of transactions with the major title companies like Chicago title, fidelity and first American. Simple requests that other title companies would be happy to provide were denied by proper. Also their fees are more than a seller or buyer would pay elsewhere. Next time I would not use them again.
