I bought a car from them that is golf VV for 10 grands and the car just stopped running with Two weeks and when I went there to raise issue the owner was indirectly trying to threaten me and was telling me that he won’t give my car key back . Bought a ford falcon about 3-4 months ago, from the jump getting the car from these guys i knew something was up and now im being proved right. About a month ago i needed a service due by these guys. Noticed my brakes were softening and gearbox was a bit clunky i asked them to have a check which they said was included in their maintenance service, came back with a filter change (on my gearbox) suggestion but i wanted transmission service done by ford. I bought a car here and just two days later, when driving over 90 km/h, the whole car started shaking. I went back to the dealership, and they told me it was just the alignment. I paid to get the alignment done, but the issue didn’t go away. I later found out that the real problem was the tires — they were completely worn out. Very disappointing experience. I expected better after buying a car from a professional.
