We needed to replace an outdoor Bib, called Proper Plumbing Scott came out and diagnosed the issue and noticed the water pressure in the home was high due to a failed reducer. Scott replaced the reducer, and the Bib in about 1 hour! Great service, great experience no hard sales! Outstanding Company?

Had water heater problems, knew it was time to R&R my old water heater, my old plumber was unavailable and seemed uninterested, and found Proper online so I called. Brittany in the office was VERY friendly and helpful and we set up an appt. The installer, Scott, came out, looked things over and found that not only was the water heater old and in need of repairs (at the least) but the old one and closet it was mounted in was smaller than any models they kept on hand, so would need a special order OR I could go with a tankless... read more
