Scott is very knowledgeable and friendly. He came out to our house during one of the hottest days in Escondido to run new water lines, install a tankless water heater, and water softener. If there's a way to make the job run more smoothly, he'll do it which I appreciate since we wouldn't have known better. I called Proper Plumbing to install a natural gas line for a natural gas BBQ today. Scott took care of the job expeditiously. He not only did an outstanding job but he gave us a military discount. I will definitely refer him and his cotton my family and friends.
Scott and Caleb changed out my regulator and serviced my tankless water heater. I had been quoted an absurd amount from a big plumbing company and treated poorly. Scott was friendly, helpful, and gave me a range of options for some of the issues I was having. Highly recommend these guys.
