This company fixed a very old hung window for me after trying for 3 times. First of all, it's very hard to find someone who is willing to take this seemingly small job. It actually turned out to be very challenging. Samuel is very helpful and responsive for the request, Ihor the technician is amazing, very patient and did a great job, helped me order the right parts and finally made it work. Proper Hour Home Services was very good when they caulked my windows inside and outside but some confusion did occur that were ultimately mostly resolved in a professional manner. The only glitch was the issue of painting over the area's that were excess caulking that should have been taken care of but were not.
Replaced dresser shelve slides which were defective. Showed up on time.
