We had numerous appointment scheduling and communication issues with this merchant, who claimed that their system had errors. The contractor who did the work - patching up holes in walls and ceilings after a new water line installation - had to come back twice. First time due to missed holes and second time due to 2 of the missed holes not completely sealed. The final results were reasonably good, which earn them the 3 stars.
I've used them more than once and I've nothing but good things to say about them. They call, they provide PDF estimates, if they don't answer on the first call they make sure to call you back sometimes literally within 3-5 minutes. They also have decent availability.
We had some door trim that had water damage. They were on time, efficient, and your final result beat of expectation. I would recommend giving them a call if you need work done.
