Charles is always very fast to answer questions about the plans and make it clear to understand. My wife and I used his health plan to help cover the the hospital costs for our daughter’s birth. I was a little skeptical of just how much money we would really get paid out, but in the end the cost of the policy was 100% worth what we received and our hospital bill was more than covered! Absolutely plan on using it when we have another child and have started using this in place of traditional health insurance as well!
