We recently finished installing vinyl plank flooring (in Sandalwood), purchased at Proper Floors. Ali was quick to answer my questions by email and was even more lovely and helpful in person when I stopped in to see the product. Ordering and delivery arrangements were easy, and the floors look fantastic! The quality of the floors and the price are great reasons to purchase from Proper Floors – definitely recommend!

I recently purchased plank and tile flooring over the phone and the process was easy! I spoke with Jamie, who helped me with my order, even giving me the sale price for the bathroom tile even though I hadn’t decided which one I wanted yet. Delivery was seamless - the young gent was polite and efficient. There were no issues installing the product and I am very happy with the final result! 5 stars - I would purchase from here again.
