I am a maintenance supervisor for a detox facility and recently our vent hood in the kitchen had an issue and was tripping the breaker. We had to shut the ovens off and serve food that didnt need heating. After waiting all day for a tech from another company to show up, who never did call or show up, I called Proper Electrical Services. Proper Electric came out to my house for an estimate and said they were interested in doing the job and will send me an estimate. I waited a week and never hear back. I called and texted but still never responded. Not professional and waisted my time. REPLY: I'm not looking for revenge, just a text.
