Working with the owner, he was not attentive to detail enough and he did not give me the opportunity to do a final check of my basement. He also did not check to make sure that everything was in working order. Communicating my needs was very difficult. For example, there was damaged done to the pipes after he completed the project, he did not take accountability. I had to pay a plumber to fix the issue. Finally, he did not honour his warranty. I will not recommend him.

We have used the services of Proper Construction a number of times. Aaron has always been quick to respond to my questions, get on sight, and finish the services for a fair price. All work we have had done whether it be small plumbing jobs or larger construction/renovation services has been of immaculate quality. I would highly recommend Aaron and his crew for your next job. We will for sure be calling them again.

We called Aaron at Proper Construction when we decided to finish our basement and we are so glad we did! Aaron was honest and professional and there is no one else we'd trust to do the job. He was able to tell us exactly what to expect and help us understand the process. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend this business. They're professional and honest which I feel is the most important when it comes to looking for a contractor. Aaron and his crew will exceed your expectations. He will communicate any issues with you and be very transparent!
