I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, efficiency and speed of installation from Proper Air Conditioning. From a survey to completion of installation was just one week. The electrician sub contracted to the job was awesome and super tidy. The installation of the 8kw Mitsubishi split air on system was equally impressive. Gaurang quoted us over the phone to both remove and decommission an existing unit and for the supply and installation of a new unit. He asked for some photos to confirm his pricing. The quote was very competitive and he said he was able to do the job in two days time. He contacted me 2 days later and gave me an arrival time which was very accurate and he and his son did a great job with care taken during the instal as well as leaving things clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed working with Gaurang and his electrician. My mum came over for the install and couldn't stop raving about how thorough he was (she was so impressed that she's getting him to fix their ducted aircon). He's a solution focused man not one of those "no" guys. I like that. I especially like that he lined up my air-con unit with the top of my roman blind.
