We had a scheduled in-person consultation to discuss electrical work; however, the Vikrant contractor arrived late and appeared rushed, immediately pressing for paperwork and payment. Despite stating we would confirm our decision the following day, he insisted on immediate card payment. Two days later, after informing him we would not proceed, he unilaterally charged a $500 AUD booking fee, a charge we dispute as no booking was made. This conduct is unprofessional.
