Laurie is very knowledgeable about the subject. She actively listened and clearly identified my situation. Her instructions were very clear. She and all her staff were friendly and kind. Very good customer care. Very clean space.

Monica did a great job today! She made sure I was comfortable as I had knee replacement two months ago. She asked lots of good questions about what I was looking in my massage and ensuring my needs were met. I will be back to see her in the future

Shelley took the time to explain what had happened to my hamstring and the course of action we would be taking. Never felt rushed and all my questions were answered clearly with examples. Would definitely recommend Propel and their team.

Shelley Ibrahim is absolutely amazing. She has treated myself, my husband, and our active teenage daughter, and we’ve all had excellent results. Shelley is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, and she truly takes the time to understand the root of the issue rather than just treating symptoms. Her approach is thoughtful and effective, and you always feel confident you’re in great hands.
