Very bad customer service, I received a bill from ProPath with incorrect diagnosis codes for a service at Medical City ER. Insurance and Hospital mentioned that ProPath are responsible for re-submiting the claim with correct diagnosis codes, however they are pushing back. Stay away from Medical City and ProPath.
The people at ProPath were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much for helping my sister with her health issues.You should be proud of the work you do. I will recommend ProPath pathology services to all of my family and friends.
