Not happy with your ratchet service my partner rang up for a part , seemed he's talked to a Indian guy and we requested a photo to be sent for a part , had to ring 3 times in one week when he said he will send it and then proceeds to tell my partner only if he has time 3 calls later what kind of business are you , poor customer service , shouldn't have to ask 3 times in one week just to be told " if have enough time , you lost a customer and how hard is it to send a photo for a part not even 1 minute , do better banchode .
Well I bent a pushrod in my 350 chev on route to a holden addictions event from auckland to rotorua..I rang them and they said yes we have some..my mates in another car drove to them in rotorua and they gave me 2 pushrod free of charge..I got to the event and made it home..you guys are legends
