Do not park here. One of their employees was driving off and backed into my parked car. They caused severe damage to my drivers door and refuse to take responsibility. They claim that they fired the employee that day so now they have no responsibility. My car door is totaled and neither party will do the right thing. Bad and shady business.

Wish I could give negative stars. Parked at the aquarium and traffic getting out was impossible. Asked for an attendant to help direct traffic who told me he had to ask his boss “Dame” who proceeded to yell at me. We spent 30-45 min without moving trying to exit the parking lot all because a gate was broke & no one would assist. Was able to exit in about 5 minutes once directing traffic ourselves. Horrible experience will never park in their lots again. Worth it to walk or pay more to avoid them at all costs.

I visited the Westside Market and was there less than 30 min. My parking charge should have been credited as the sign clearly says. I have submitted form online and called and left message. No response and no credit to my card. I will avoid this in the future. Bad Business and Poor Customer Service.
