I visited the Westside Market and was there less than 30 min. My parking charge should have been credited as the sign clearly says. I have submitted form online and called and left message. No response and no credit to my card. I will avoid this in the future. Bad Business and Poor Customer Service.

Got stuck in the garage on 777 Rockwell in Cleveland after paying online. After about almost an hour of getting no help from the "support" over the phone, I gave someone $20 in cash to scan my ticket for me so I could finally get out. Over one month later, still no refund and still no gift card like the account manager, Brian Springer has promised. These people are liars and thieves. NEVER park in one of these garages unless you want an absolute headache and to spend $20 more than you have to.

Andre was amazing! My family and I were late to see the Grinch that stole Christmas by 45 minutes because of a snowstorm. I went to valet and the valet was full. Andre saw that I had an injury to my leg and I was having a hard time walking, and he said he would find a spot for me and he did. Andre saved the day by going the extra mile by showing kindness and consideration. Thank you Propark for hiring such a great young man that represents your compony so well.

I would give it a zero. The propark mobility QR code is located in several spots in the lot for the West Market. I have never used this program before. When I scanned the QR code the site came up along with an Ad for another site called Click Escape that covered over the information I needed to pay for parking. It was getting dark so by mistake I signed up for Click escape instead of parking. Shame on you for having Ads on your site. Do you really need the revenue??
