Do trust them !! At 50 Stanford . First the credit Card machine would not work . I Pushed button and talked to staff for 2 minutes. Rescan credit . Now the gate could not open. She came over and asked me to rescan parking ticket . Sure it said 1 hour and 4 minutes and charged addition $13 for their fault. I could pay expensive Rate $20 for first hour But $33 total for my one hour use of their garage . minutes . NOT HONEST Business practice !!!!!.
My vehicle was damaged by valet. It was driven over a bump so hard it broke my exhaust in half. They denied my claim. Lack of evidence. How about the broken exhaust pipe! Don’t trust them!!
Dirty, greedy, unsafe. They overpack daily parking, send random event parkers into the "secure" monthly parking area, and continually cede more and more of the monthly parking spaces to random companies for parking of commercial vehicles.
Damaged my car rim and refuse to pay for it. DO NOT PARK WITH THIS COMPANY. Obtained the footage from police and you can clearly see the valet drive way the curb. Instead of being honest and professional everyone involved lied and cover each other now we have to go court when it truly could have been handled personally.
