Worst place .for the price you pay
Convenient....easy to access when you cant locate a place to park in Queens.... Especially when it's icy and freezing cold out.....Queens is a very rough place to find any parking spaces......it is always great to find a space to park a vehicle that is safe when you have driven around for 20 to 30 minutes......🤯🤯🤯

Terrible. It took me an hour to get the shuttle after multiple attempts. Then another half hour for them to retrieve the car. More than an hour and a half from the moment I called them, to the moment I got into my car. Total disaster.
