They tried to rip off the people in line behind me! They were an older couple trying to get their sedan, and the attendant demanded they pay extra for an oversized vehicle (I was looking right at it, it was a sedan!) The attendant blocked them in and refused to give them their car even though they paid for appropriate
J’ai eu un peu peur de laisser ma voiture ici vu les très mauvais commentaires mais au final, j’ai été ravie ! J’ai réservé via Spothero.com, j’avais jusqu’au check-in pour annuler et me faire rembourser. Je suis partie 1 jour plus tôt et j’ai pu me faire rembourser au prorata. Le personnel est aimable et m’a aidée à charger mes valises dans mon coffres. Prix très correct (180$ + 40$ pour oversize véhicule pour 4 jours), je n’ai pas trouvé moins cher. Je n’hésiterai pas à remettre ma voiture ici.
The night employees are beyond rude. I parked for 9 hours & it was almost $70 - I pay $33 for the same time frame in midtown. Their pricing signs did NOT accurately represent what I was charged in the end. Too expensive & too rude. Steer clear.
