They arbitrarily delivered an unauthorized load of propane to my vacation home in South Bend. Phone attendant promised to have a manager call me to remedy their error which attendant readily admitted to. 3 weeks later, after no contact I called the same attendant to inquire. "Joanne" called me later and was extremely rude and knew nothing about the situation. I asked her to please have her attendant brief her and look at the file notes and call me back. She never did.
