I was having issues with Amerigas (formerly heritage) with my call to Propane Ninja and spoke with the associate, I had told him the situation - lack of communication, no texts emails of when deliveries were to arrive and no follow through with my issues with the service. I was frustrated and we had gone a week without and my preference is working with a local company.
