Felix is the man, I asked today (Friday) if he could get me some tanks on Monday because I didn’t stay on top of my stock. Not his problem but he is getting me what I need in a few hours none the less. He’s been a big help with us transitioning to a large refillable tank to make life easier for both parties involved. In my experience propane ninja and Felix doesn’t get done what is easiest, they get done what needs getting done. Christ is King
The name fits them well. They are ninjas when it comes to adding on extra fees. First they hit you with a set up fee, then a delivery fee and just when you think it ends, they add a hazardous fee for filling your tank. "Fee Ninja" should be their business name.
Some of the worst customer service ever, they do not return calls, they make excuses and have blocked our phone number as we keep looking for an update. Delivery of our tank Was a nightmare, and they said they would make things better so far they have done The opposite!! Pick anyone else they are so unhelpful!!!
Five stars for Jose and Juan! They did a fantastic job with our tank installation. They were professional, communicative, and took great care to navigate around our underground utilities and sprinklers. Their advice on the best location saved us money on the install. Highly recommend! I’ll provide a final update once the generator is up and running.
