They have 20 pound tank exchanges but they let me know that soon they will do the 30 pound tank exchanges. They have a filling station right out front and they will fill 20 pound tanks and 30 pound tanks right there. They have a window you can pay From right out front or you can go inside. They're all very polite and willing to please.
Propane Ninja is a company that cares about their customers. They provide excellent service in the field and also in the office! UPDATE: After being very pleased with their service, I discovered they had disconnected my monitor and caused me all kinds of grief. I am not sure why they have these issues but I am pretty disappointed. Unfortunately there aren't many companies to use for propane - they are basically a monopoly!
Unfortunately I tried to work with this company. However, they showed up on the wrong day to fill the tanks. Then they filled the tanks and did not install the monitor. Then they returned to install the monitor and told me they wanted to replace the tanks because we had digital gauges they do not work with. WHAT!?! Here three times and then that? I want to recognize James, an employee at Propane Ninja, for an act of genuine kindness. A couple of weeks ago, around 5:00 in the morning, my truck accidentally locked with both my keys and phone inside. That’s when I realized how few telephone numbers we remember anymore because they’re all stored in our phones. Without access to my phone, I couldn’t call anyone and was truly stranded.
