This review is edited after a long conversation with the company's owner Peter. At no point did he ask me to change my review, but was rather seeking genuine, more detailed feedback to improve their operations. He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. Wow had a great experience with Propane Ninja! The two technicians Jose and Juan were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. They explained everything clearly, and made sure everything was done right. They answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was completed safely and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Propane Ninja for their outstanding service. Thank you for a job well done!
Juan and Jose came to our house today to install another appliance to our gas line and did a awesome job! They were both very respectful and cleaned up after the job I highly recommend propane ninja !
More long and detailed explanation below, but bottom line is this is a company with significant internal communications and coordination issues. I was never provided a comprehensive list of what work I would need to subcontract nor who the responsible points of contact were to for each phase of the installation process. We had to call the front office and leave messages quite a bit for follow-up as they are not very proactive in keeping you up to date.
