Timely and great service.
Today I received two guys from Propane Ninja they came to fix a pipe that was damaged during the original installation. Jose and Duncan persisted and did everything possible to make sure the work was completed to satisfaction. Thanks guys for your help.

Im totally fed up with their billing department. I oversee my elderly parents who have this service. The bill is supposed to be charged to the credit card each month. I get a copy of their monthly invoices via email, telling me to pay the invoice. But wait, I thought she had it on auto pay? Well for the third time I called the billing department over this same issue to ask what was going on. I gave them the invoice number and the account number. Horrible customer service. Was told things then never heard back. Even though was told let me know if I can assist in any way-! had to chase down for an answer... decided to just rent a truck and do it on my own. Thanks for nothing.
