Nightmare customer service when you need something else then fill a tank. They keep lying to your face and blaming whole supply chain but not themselves for poor customer care. If you run into issues is quite normal inform customer and not play dead. Well don’t expect that from these people. The final top to the end of this show was they told me my tank is ready and when I arrived tank wasn’t ready at all. Edit: They mounted new valve wrong so I had to come back to reposition it…

I need a replacement propane valve shut-off dial. Propane Depot did not have any new ones for sale. They found two dials on old bottles that would work. No Charge and I am a happy camper. The only charge was a request to do this review. PS: I have bought propane here in the past but not this time.
