Company provides autofill program. Noticed smell coming from stove while cooking. Called at 8 am the following day and was told we were at estimated 20% and a driver would be out sometime soon. We checked and we were at 5%. Called back had to leave voicemail. Received a return call stating that they’ve been behind due to snow storm 1 week ago.
