Update-thank you for your response and getting my tank filled today! Earlier: I hope that Propane Central improves their tank fill service for former Butler REC customers. It has been 6 business days since I called to have my tank filled and I’m still waiting.

We had a bit of a snafu with out line breaking and ran out of propane yesterday. Before we realized it it was 11 pm. I called and left a measage, and received a call at 5:15am. Guy came out and informed me to call plumber, etc. we did and they filled up up. It was chilly! Thank you so much for your prompt response!!!!
