As much as it pains me to say this, ever since the merger, our facility has experienced a dramatic increase in errors, eg. incomplete deliveries, receiving medications meant for other facilities, having our medications sent to other facilities; there have also been numerous delays in delivery due to, from what I can gather, the delivery personnel being dispatched at later times because packaging is purportedly not being completed on time for shipping, an issue which I fear might be placing significant pressure on both the pa... read more
