Took my dad’s fishing reels here for drop off and the customer service is excellent. Staff is friendly fast and informative about your repairs.
Walked in, owner immediately noticed my prop was damaged. Had it fixed and ready to go within 10 minutes. Nice folks and fair prices too.
I was having a skeg reworked on a 2017 40hp mercury lower-unit and it broke off in process. They said they had a lower unit to replace and would be ready in two weeks and it's been over a month and they still have it. They do not give updates on progress. At this point I can't recommend them. Still waiting for my lower unit. Not sure what's going on.
Been using Ivy's for the last 4 yrs always good service. Had a small issue this yr and they fixed it and stood behind their word. Good people and place.
First time there but will definitely be back. They were quick efficient and friendly
