Très déçu, service fait en 50 minutes, $450. Travaille avec un dust collector de Princess auto, mon épouse et moi avons du nettoyer la maison après leur départ, un nuage de poussière flottai au sous-sol, comme il pleuvait donc entré au sous-sol avec ses souliers tremper. Même dehors nous ont laisser un cadeau, essai au minimum de passer un balai, voir photo, non recommandable.
Un service hors pair de la prise de rendez-vous au service d’entretien. Michel, le directeur général, a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions avec patience. Tout le personnel est très courtois et professionnel. Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésitation. Merci encore pour tout!
Had two gentleman come today to do duct clean/laundry vent cleaned out. They were very friendly and professional, as someone who is interested in how it all works they were walking me through the steps and explained what they were doing as well as the before and after pictures right in front of me. Prop-air is a long established company in Gatineau. I have seen their trucks for years, so I thought I would use their service to clean & maintain our split heat pump/air conditioner.
