Prop-air is a long established company in Gatineau. I have seen their trucks for years, so I thought I would use their service to clean & maintain our split heat pump/air conditioner. The bilingual technician (Ludovic) was very courteous and professional. He was attentive to my questions and provided helpful advice to enhance the reliability of our system. Thank you Prop-air.

The entire process couldnt have been easier! Sarah is a joy to work with and had provided all the information I needed to make a decision and schedule the appropriate cleaning (and add ons!). Coordinating availability was easy and flexible, which I appreciated. Ludovic, our specialist technician arrived at the convened time and walked us through the process. He did an amaxing job and explained to us how to maintain things properly in between cleanings. I vouldnt recommend them more.
Super service ! De la prise de rendez-vous jusqu’au nettoyage, nous avons été très bien conseillé et tout s’est très bien passé. Ludovic est super gentil et nous a tout expliqué dès son arrivée, il a ensuite procédé au nettoyage de nos conduites et appareils. Nous sommes très satisfaits!
