D+ GREAT BREAD..Too $$$$ for LC
I wanted to love this place because I had heard about it for a while, but unfortunately they are overpriced for the quality. Still an enjoyable atmosphere and something different to try.
Have been buying Proofed Bread since they were a stand at the market on Saturdays. So very long time customer here. Buy one to two loafs of bread a week. Over the past two months the bread has gained larger and very larger holes completely through each loaf. Basically half a slice of each slice are holes. Stopped in today to pick up some bread. So amazing! The most delicious breads and pastries and a wonderful, sweet staff. I’m so happy I found it and feel blessed to have such quality in our lil town!
Fantastic place for fresh bread. Honestly one of the best breads I have tasted. It is locally owned which matters a lot to me. The owners are super friendly and helpful.
