Didn’t know Proof Pest was going to be here today! They usually call ahead! I guess Sam did a good job on the outside work!
I spoke with the technician and he explained to me about how and when they would treat for ladybugs that I have been seeing in my home. He stated that next quarter, they will spray for outdoor bugs as they become active. The bugs I see now are likely overwintered and were already in the home, but starting to move around due to warmer weather.
The Proof team is great. Prompt when needed and professional at all times. Our technician Michael today went above and beyond!

He was very helpful---as we have never had this done before. He is very respectful and is a great representative for your company. Am very disappointed tho when I told your represenative I had to have any early appointment and it was changed to an afternoon one, this caused my grandson to miss a day of work. This caused loss of money that we can not afford. I hope you can correct this so it doesn't happen again.
