Proof is an excellent company, personally I love it, in fact the senior managers lead excellently, with patience, respect and dedication, they do their job very well, but they have a supervisor on the server side, a Latina, of Bolivian nationality (Flavia). who discriminates , humiliates and mistreats the staff, I work always dissatisfied with her all the time, she pretends to be good, to end up treating you badly with her [superiority].
Candice and the entire Proof of Pudding Staff were very professional and an absolute joy to work with. Candice paid attention to every little detail and worked with us to ensure that our company holiday party was just what we wanted. The chef did an outstanding job with the food and everyone in attendance enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again and next year's party!
I have used Proof for many corporate events, and now I have used them for my son's wedding. Candice and her team, went above and beyond to make sure that we were all taken care of. Professional and courteous are just the beginning of what this team brings to the table. I am still getting calls about how wonderful the food was. I will recommend Proof all day long.
