We absolutely love stopping here for the best baked goods, sourdough bread, and sweet treats around. Honestly, the cinnamon rolls here are incredible! If you are driving along Highway 101 doing wine, tasting or beer tasting in the area and you want a sweet treat - this is the place! It’s also incredible just for locals to pop by and grab a loaf of sourdough bread, English muffins, or any of their other pastries as well. It’s not too sweet, it’s just right!
Such a cute little spot to grab a fresh loaf of bread en route to the coast from inland. Atmosphere was on point, service was great, and quite a selection of unique cookie flavors as well as breads. Recommend for sure!
We found Proof and Gather breads at the Atascadero farmers market. The demi loaves were perfect for dinner that evening. We also visited the bakery in Tin City and picked up a loaf of Classic and one of Apricot Walnut. They had pizzas there also that looked very good. On our last day in the area we picked up a loaf of Jalapeno Cheddar at the Los Osos farmers market. Their bread freezes well. Check them out, all of their selections are delicious.
Excellent all around. Great service. Great coffee. The bread…. WOW! The pastries!!!
