I have to tell you I was very disappointed with my appointment in this place. I came all the way from Dublin expecting I would have a great day trying dresses in Belfast with my bridesmaids hoping to find mine one. This was the first shop and I was a bit worried with time as I had a second appointment in 1 hour and half in a place not too far away from there. Visited Pronuptia Bridal today with my Mum and sister to look at wedding dresses for the first time. As it was my first time looking at dresses, I went in with the mindset that I wasn’t for picking the dress today but thanks to Klara I have said yes to the dress! Klara was so helpful and knew exactly what she was talking about and picked dresses that not only I liked but would also look best on me!. She made me feel totally at ease and comfortable.
