Absolute disaster. No staffing at the ProntoWash during regular business hours... the phone number online is the wrong phone number... the phone number posted at ProntoWash goes to a voicemail box and the mailbox is full... Don’t waste your time or money.

Half the time you cannot get an answer or a return phone call and it’s frustrating. I’ve tried to schedule car washes several times and don’t get a response back. They were good to us for a while and letting us pay for parking during the busy season, but now they only solicited the parking spaces to one store in our entire mall, who apparently complains if we pay to park there when they’re not there. I had an 11am appointment today. I could not find any member of the staff. No one answered the phone number when I called either. I waited until 11:33 and had to give up hope of someone showing up. Two thumbs way down ��
