Called to make appointment. Clerk did not like the questions I was asking about the pressure washer they use. Clerk hung up on me. 1 star for bad customer service.
Great work and attention to detail. They took their time. Couldn't ask for more.
Terrible service. Inattentive staff. I arrived today at 1:15 PM to get my car washed, and they told me to come back in an hour because they were busy. I came back exactly an hour later, and they told me to wait another 30 minutes. I waited. Then I left my car, and the guy told me that the wash would take about an hour. I told him not to rush, and I returned after 1.5 hours. And what did I find? A completely dirty car. No one even started washing it.
