This has got to be the worse company. They do not care about you, only care about collecting a check. They have people who have zero clue as to what they are doing. The pricing is absolutely outrageous and they do not work with you on payments. They always seem to just make up pricing. The staff is rude and incompetent. It’s been well over two months I was supposed to receive a refund and have not. Do not go here. They are just money hungry people. Stay away!

Obviously most people involved with this service are not happy with it. Mainly due to the circumstance of the involvement. This isn't the only reason to have people not happy though. For instance this company holds your freedom in their hands while you are using their gps monitoring products and can take that freedom to for man the reason so much as lack of payment. However the website is not accessible ever to make payments. Their over the phone payment option doesn't work because it just places you in hold til you receive ... read more

Company is somewhat incompetent. They do not tell you how they do refunds. I pay by credit card so you would think refund the card. Nope they do check, don't tell you, and you would think they would verify address. Nope. They don't understand ppl move. No wonder they partner with LE
