Obviously most people involved with this service are not happy with it. Mainly due to the circumstance of the involvement. This isn't the only reason to have people not happy though. For instance this company holds your freedom in their hands while you are using their gps monitoring products and can take that freedom to for man the reason so much as lack of payment. Company is somewhat incompetent. They do not tell you how they do refunds. I pay by credit card so you would think refund the card. Nope they do check, don't tell you, and you would think they would verify address. Nope. They don't understand ppl move. No wonder they partner with LE
