If you have problems with your tires? This is not the place where you are going to solve it. My experience, despite changing to a new tire I have left with a nail in it. Own that they themselves have in their parking lot. And the manager only does is justify.
I came to Pronto Tires for a simple patch, and it turned into a nightmare. The wait was ridiculously long, even though the service I needed was quick and basic. On top of that, the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced — no clear communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency. If you value your time and expect even minimal professionalism, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
