Amazing people!! So helpful and clear from beginning to end. Chris, Elmer, and a couple other guys came out so fast to fix our AC and they did a phenomenal job. I appreciate you all and will recommend to everyone i know!! Thank you! 🙂
Austin, Cody, and Melvin came out after hours at the hotel I work at to help fix an emergency situation. They were extremely helpful and kind - they let us ask as many questions as we could and answered every single one. They kept us up to date on the situation and how they were going to fix it. Definitely recommend this company and these workers if you're in need of plumbing work!
They ALWAYS want to upsell you on something you desperately need! I fell for a PRD pressure reducing device for my water. Big mistake! Now my cold water is very slow flowing! Didn’t have a problem before this. To fix the problem (could be supposedly sediment in the pipe) for a grand total of $7700.00! Forget that! Time to look for new company!
Melvin is very professional and personal. He addressed my concerns and offered options. He respected my choice to remove the garbage disposal and replace the trap and piping.
Melvin Heavner, drain service technician was very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what he was going to do before he did anything. And I enjoyed Yvonne on the phone with saying "who do I have the pleasure of speaking with today?" Would definitely use them again.
