Our water heater went out at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. One call to Pronto and it is now 6:00 p.m. and we have a brand new water heater professionally installed and all the cleanup. Exemplary service from Tommy T. My wife appreciates that neither one of us had to stress at all.

Kitchen sink was clogged down through to basement drain pipes. Not just a clogged trap. Very slow to drain(both sides). Quincey Yates was our technician. He carried himself in a very professional manner, answered any questions we had, & performed a great service. Cleared the drain and double checked the water flow. Very thorough job.
This has been THEE most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had with having a technician come to do work in my home. Tom and Sam were the best guest ever and made this experience a lot less stressful than I imagined it would be. With representation like that, your company will definitely go far.
Word to the wise. DEMAND a detailed estimate in writing prior to hiring. When asked for a written detailed report on costs, they refused. Didn't you blow up a house on Crest Road in Harrisburg?
