Use this company if you want a huge gap in your flu pipe that will leak carbon monoxide into your house. Years after the initial install I had another AC contractor out to do a repair and he pointed out a gap in the flu pipe whose job it is to move combustible gas out of the house. See picture below. I called Pronto three times and texted them the photo below in attempt to allow them to make this right. They couldn’t be bothered to reply. Not a fan.
Their drivers are terrible. They cut off an RV and I saw it in my car and the RV almost hit me
Their driver cut us off in traffic while it’s raining. Please do better because there are kids in the car, and I felt very unsafe. Thank you
