I have been trying to get a quote from this company for months for home insurance. After satisfying the requirements they asked for, I called back after one month as a follow-up and the associate named Brenda kept telling me she would call me back but never would. I was persistent, so she then resorted to telling me she'll call me right back and then hanging up. I'm so disappointed. The perception is that Pronto Insurance is a low rate, substandard insurance company.
